Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including the District of Columbia. This includes the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
We also do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or to any international destinations outside of the United States.
If an order is submitted with a shipping address from a restricted region, the order may be canceled or delayed. We will contact the customer for correction if necessary.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Because we do not offer international shipping, customs duties and import taxes generally do not apply. However, if any duties, taxes, or import charges are incurred due to special arrangements for delivery to non-standard domestic markets (such as U.S. territories), the customer is responsible for those charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within the following timeframes: 7–10 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
